What is a Webinar?

A Webinar is a training seminar conducted over the internet and viewed from your computer. Our Webinars are hosted by one of our performance coaches or founders. They are generally 45 to 60 minute sessions.

We use voice over IP technology which means that the sound comes through your computer speakers. You do not have to "dial in" to a conference call to participate in the webinar. You do need to have speakers on your computer or earphones to hear.


Types of Webinars

We are conducting two different types of Webinars: Follow-up Webinars and Energy For Performance Webinars for potential clients.

Follow-up Webinars are designed for individuals who have attended our premier Executive Course held at our facility in Orlando, FL, or have attended an authorized Client-led Course taught within an organization. The Follow-up Webinars consist of a series of 3 webinars held at 30, 60, and 90 day intervals from the initial training.  They are structured to support participants in completing their action plan. The topics are (in order): nutrition, fitness, and performance coaching. Links to these webinars are emailed to Course participants at the 30, 60, and 90 day intervals.

 


Energy For Performance Webinars are designed for individuals and organizations desiring to learn more about our groundbreaking training philosophy—Energy For Performance Technology.  These Webinars are complimentary live sessions conducted by one of our founders, Dr. Jack Groppel, or a performance coach. 

Attendees will learn how to:

  • Manage Energy Not Time For Sustained High Performance
  • Create A Fully Engaged Culture
  • Use Stress To Your Advantage (Build Energy Capacity)
  • Create Behavior Changing Rituals.
