The 2½ Day Corporate Athlete Course is the Human Performance Institute’s premier training offering. Designed for key leaders in your organization, this intensive training solution is offered at our world-class headquarters and training facility in Orlando, Florida.

Unlike any other executive training program, the science-based 2½ Day Corporate Athlete Course is designed to strategically help participants become more productive and effective under pressure by managing their energy more effectively.
